Cameras grading
 
Cameras grading here in my country is different as that one used in USA, Japan and European Union. I personally believe that explain to peoples from various regions sellers personall opinion about the cosmetical and working condition so they will understand it correctly is one of the hardest problem in international camera sale and exchange.
Because the majority peoples on eBay are from USA /and I did not find anything looking better or more complete/ I am using following systems:

A/ by collectors cameras those I am offering mainly in cathegory VINTAGE/COLLECTIBLE I am using the grading of PACIFIC RIM CAMERA:

Mint
This one is simple. Mint is perfect. There cannot be mint+. If there is any flaw, however slight, it's not mint. You will find I don't use mint very often. Every time I do, I get nervous that I missed some little flaw.
New
Many people use new and mint interchangably. New means it has never been sold retail. I have seen items that are new, that have been handled enough before being sold that they are no longer mint.
Mint- (Near mint and LN-)
Mint - is very close to being mint. There are only one or two small flaws that you will really have to look for to see.
Ex+ (Excellent plus)
Will show a few signs of wear, but is still a pretty nice camera (or lens, or whatever). Chrome cameras may have a few light bright marks, black cameras will have very limited brassing.
Ex
At this state, there will be definite signs of wear. There will be signs of use, but not abuse. Expect some bright marks on chrome cameras, moderate brassing on black ones.
Ex-
This is where cameras start looking a little ratty. There will be signs of heavy use, even some abuse. Expect heavy bright marks on chrome, fairly heavy brassing on black enamel. There may even be a little brassing on chrome.
VG+ (Very Good plus), VG, VG-, Good, Fair, Poor
Back in the early days of camera collecting, when many of the collectables of today were still new on dealers shelves, or even still dreams in some designers mind, a camera that was in good condition, really was in good condition. Now a camera listed in good condition is most likely to be an eyesore. Over the years we have experienced condition inflation. Like monetary inflation devalues your dollar (or yen, peso,, mark, whatever), or grade inflation in schools devalues the "A" you might recieve, so has condition inflation devalued what constitutes a "good" camera. The only grade shown here that truely represents what you're getting is poor. All of these grades represent various shades of ugly.
I am using this grading by cameras in other cathegories if they are primarily collector items.

B/ by cameras those are intended primarily for picture taking, for example in MEDIUM FORMAT or 35 MM I am using the grading of Keh camera brookers:

NEW
As packaged by manufacturer. Manufacturer's USA warranty. Never used or owned by a consumer.
NEW DEMO
As packaged by manufacturer. Manufacturer's USA warranty. Never owned by a consumer but used as demonstration equipment. May show various stages of wear including slight dings or pecks.
LN
"Like New" Perfect. Includes original box and instructions and any manufacturer provided accessories.
LN-
"Like New Minus" 97-99% of original condition. Extremely slight wear that can only be seen upon very close inspection. Box and accessories not included.
EX+
"Excellent Plus" 90-96% of the original condition. Shows moderate wear. May have slight marks on finish. Glass very clean.
EX
"Excellent" 80-89% of the original condition. Shows moderate wear. May have small dings, pecks and slight finish wear. Glass may have some dust, but no marks.
BGN
"Bargain" 70-79% of original condition. Shows more than average wear. May have dents, dings and a goodly amount of brassing and finish loss. Glass may have marks that should not affect picture quality.
UG
"Ugly" Very rough looking. Multiple impressions in metal, excessive finish loss and brassing are likely. Glass will have marks, fungus or haze that will probably affect picture quality.



NEW

Shipping terms
 
Buyers agrees to prepay. I am shipping that early as possibly after receiving of payment but I can not be very quick. I need time check, pack, control every item and make shipping documents what usually takes about a week. For any kind of check I am waiting until they are cleared.

I am shipping any items as registered air parcels or small packet. It takes various time 6-20 days with average about 12 days.
It exists possibility to ship as surface packet but it is much slower and takes over 1 month. It exist special possibility to send packet like EMS (Express Mail Service) but it is quite expensive. I am insuring practically all packets over 2 kg because it is just few $$ more. Packets 1-2 kg I am insuring just outside Europe. I can insure shipments in Europe but it does mean that I can not ship them like letters what is more expensive. Packets bellow 1 kg are generally shipped like registered letters. Letters can be insured just in some countries but problem is that in such case they need fit in special A4 envelope provided by Slovak post. Again I can insure everything when shipped like parcel what can be much more expensive. Consult it in advance with me. Various other cariers as UPS, DHL, Federal expres are much expensiver than regular postal service and to ship with them will cost over $60 to overseas even for very light packets.

Satisfaction guarantee
 
You have one week after receiving to check your item. If will you discover any problem that I overlooked and was missing in description, or if the item was damaged during transport, I shall send a replace or repair it. Only if I can not send the same item as replacement or repair it and you will not choose something from my large collection as replacement, I shall send to you money back after returning of the item. Because I must make export documents and I need time and money for it I refund money (item price) only if I can not send replacement. On contrary I am ready to make everything help you get item in working order or repair it. I can not refund shipping costs however if camera is not working and problem is clearly on my side I am usually compensating it with some accessories eventually I pay shipping by next purchase. By refunds I return only item price as is usuall by Ebay auctions. By overhaul we are repairing what is necessary (removing problems) by low prices that we are receiving is not possible complete dissasembly and reassembly if it works properly.

Do not worry about lost of the item during transport. I am using registered or insured airmail and it happens only rarely. Much more common are problems with unclaimed packets.
